Welcome to Common Sense Fashion’s Shipping & Returns FAQ page. We’re covering our most-asked questions related to shipping, returns, and exchanges. Please review our top questions answered below.

If your question didn’t make the list, if you have questions regarding our items prior to placing your order, or if you are having technical issues with ordering, please email us for immediate assistance.  All of our items are shipped from our US Warehouse, unless otherwise noted.  Note:  There may be delays due to weather and shipping carrier exceptions that are beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

T-Shirts - $3.99 for first item, $1.25 each additional item

Hoodies - $6.50 for first item, $2.00 each additional item

Kids and youth clothing - $3.99 for first item, $1.25 each additional item

Hats - $3.99 for first item, $1.25 each additional item

Aprons - $3.99 for first item, $1.25 each additional item

Phone Cases - $3.25 for first item, $.75 each additional item

Mugs - $6.99 for first item, $4.00 each additional item

 

Lost Packages- If your package is lost, stolen or mis-delivered we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.

Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather-related delays are beyond our control.

When will my order ship?

Our production and fulfillment take place 2-7 business days after the order has been placed.  The average shipping time is 4 business days, depending on the delivery destination.  You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships. We do offer expedited shipping options if need your order in a hurry.
